What is Fitizen?: Fitizen is a place where people can submit, rate, discuss, and buy fitted cap designs.
What is a fitizen?: You are a fitizen. I know it may come as a surprise, and I'm sorry no one told you sooner. If you wear clothes, if you appreciate art, if you appreciate design, if you have an opinion, if you enjoy other people, if you're reading this, or if you love fitted caps, you are a fitizen. And so is everyone you know. Do them a favor, and let them know about Fitizen.
Who created Fitizen?: Four gentlemen named Ian, RJ, Alex, and Kent. They are good people.
Can I contact them?: Please do. We love hearing from fellow fitizens, so feel free to contact us.

Why is this called the beta site?: The site you see now isn't what the site will look like after we launch on September 5. We wanted to give you a taste of what it's like to create, submit, rate, and discuss designs. Also, we needed to start the competition for the first hat to be made and sold at launch. Will it be you?
What's the difference between the beta site and the launch site?: Aside from looking completely different, the launch site will have everything the beta site has and more! We can't wait for you to see it on September 5th.

What do contest winners get?: Winners receive a prize pack valued at $250. This includes $100 cash, $100 store credit, and a free copy of their hat.
How many winners will be chosen? And how often?: One winner will be chosen for our official launch by July 25. After that, we'll be choosing one winner a month.
What are the contest rules?: You can find them on the Design Submission Page.
How do I submit my designs?: You can find the submission kit, submission guidelines, and contest rules on the on the Design Submission Page. From there, you'll be able to upload your finished content. Your design will automatically be entered into the contest and will receive its own page for members to rate it.
How do I rate designs?: First of all, you must be a member. Register here under "Apply for Fitizenship". Then you can navigate through designs in the Rate Gallery. When you click a design, you'll go to its Design Page, where you can rate the design between 1 and 5.

When can I buy hats?: Our store will be launching on September 5. When it is done, we will roll out products gradually. Check back frequently for updates.
